For over twenty years, I have worked alongside leaders, professionals and women in transition as they navigate complex decisions, shifting roles and organizational dynamics. My work is focused on helping people think more clearly, understand what is at play and make deliberate choices about how to move forward.

I bring together strategic insight, reflection on behavior and an understanding of systems and context. Not to fix or direct, but to support insight that leads to responsibility, direction and action.

From Curaçao, I lead a dedicated Training & Coaching Center for focused learning and reflection. I also work in-company across the Netherlands and the wider Caribbean.
